John Jackson has more than 18 years of management experience, including over a decade of success in the restaurant industry. This includes eight years of experience as General Manager at McAlister’s Deli, a chain of casual deli restaurants, which saw a $2-million annual sales volume increase during his tenure.
John also served as a General Manager at Wendy’s for three years, during which time he increased overall sales by 33%. He spent a further four years as an Area Operations Manager at America’s Car-Mart, a used car dealership. While there, he reduced annual employee turnover from 187% to 40%.
He also worked at Eddie’s Bar and Grill as a General Manager and at GolfSuites as Director of Operations.
